Ningbo Chengxin System is composed of three independent economic entities. (legal persons), Ningbo Chengxin Information Technology Development Co,. Ltd, Ningbo Chengxin Training School, and Ningbo Huilan School.
Presently, a software company is in establishment. Chengxin operates its business relating to information technology placation and life-long training and education.

Ningbo Chengxin Information Technology Co., Ltd, established in 1999 and registered in Ningbo Administration of Commerce and Industry, is a limited company affiliated to Ningbo Institute of Technology (Ningbo College). School of Telecommunications of Ningbo Institute of Technology commissions in-service teachers to manage and operate the company, and is an important aspect of “combination of teaching, research, and application”. Presently, we are mainly devoted to network system integration, security prevention engineering, information technology service, and network education and training. We are specialize din providing government bodies, educational bodies, and enterprise with well-developed network, weak voltage system integration schemes, including consultation, design, supervision, implementation, and maintenance. In addition, we also exclusively invested “Ningbo Chengxin Training School”. Presently, we have more than 60 clerks, among which most are internationally and nationally certificated engineers, including MCSE/MCDBA, CCNP/CCNA, HCSE/HCNE, RHCE, CIW, Project Manager certificated by Ministry of Information Industry, programmers, and engineers certificated by Cisco, IBDN, Panduit, Novell, Huawei, Lenovo, Ruijie, and Langchao. 70% of the clerks have bachelor or higher degrees.
In 2006, the company became “Huawei-3com star level service centre” in Ningbo.

In 2000, the company introduced Haitong Security Investment Co., Ltd as the investor.Its registered capital reached to one million and it had the ability of expansion.

In 2000, the honesty school became a training center of Ningbo authorized by Microsoft Company in America. And it owned the title of “Microsoft’s advanced training center in China

In February of 2001, relying on electronic computer teachers from Ningbo Higher Junior College and internationally certified training lecturers, the company opened the technology service business to foreign countries. Its first item is Haitong Security Sales Department located on the Jiefang north street of Ningbo. Besides, the company completely participated in such work as investigation and research, consultation, design, supervision, network control and so on. The sales department is the biggest one in China. It has 12 floors, covering an area of 8400 square meters with 3000 information points.

In 2003,the company successfully won the qualification of provincial system integration. (State Temporary Forth Class)

In 2003, the company carried on the project of network laboratory in Ningbo Higher Junior College and successfully applied Cisco Network College and Ruijie Network School. The laboratory became the network training base in Zhejiang Province.

In 2004, the school firstly launched an IT training mode of “technical ability and academic credentials”. In the same year, the book “Louyu Intelligence” compiled by the company was formally published and recommended by China Advanced Vocational and Technical Education Research Association as teaching material specially used in professorship and higher junior.
